Redundancy i.e. having alternative options

Redundancy i.e. having alternative options is vital for society to continue to work as is.

But as we’re seeing in the geo-political scene, it’s still not enough.

Our societies are so dependent on fragile supply chains that should the lights go out – and those in the know are talking about this possibility – then how would you survive?

Having alternatives plans and modus operandi means that should we face a future shock, you will not only suffer less, but you’ll also regenerate into the next paradigm more effectively and earlier.

This requires different skills and mindset- and a Stoic Pilgrim Field Day will introduce them to you.

Tech, whether digital or social, diminishes capability. That is the point of it after all.

Critical thinking and creating options are something that are uncomfortable qualities that empire builders don’t want you to have.

#AI tech companies want you totally outsourcing your thinking for profit.

#Capitalism, like religion is a social tech that wants you to reduce your thinking into a prescribed behaviour that suits ‘the powers that ought not to be’ i.e. be a consumer.

Being mentally and physically prepared for an uncertain future by exercising creativity, courage, compassion and having clarity of thought… Well even if the world suddenly becomes peaceful, is still beneficial in your ‘normal life’ ..isn’t it?
