Martin started working with us at a time when our team had grown quite quickly and we were in a traditional, hierarchical structure that wasn’t working as well as we needed it to. Martin helped us to develop engaged, self-managing teams following his ‘Super-Team Concept’.
Like with most change, there was some scepticism at the start but now the team tell us that they prefer this way of working, service levels have improved and recent surveys reported much higher levels of happiness at work, even in the middle of a global pandemic. During lockdown Martin has been available to the whole team for wellbeing and individual coaching. Many of the team have reported life-changing discussions or moments of clarity having spoken with him, which is always great to hear! He has also put together a wellbeing training package for the team which we now have in the business to use going forward.
