ADVENTURE MIND – 150km. 6 days. 4 men. 3 Peaks. One important conversation.

An ex-soldier. An ex-firefighter. An ex-professional footballer and a guide.

Four men who, like millions of others, have had to navigate pressure, change, identity, loss and the challenges that life throws at you.

We’re taking on the challenge to raise money for CALM — Campaign Against Living Miserably, while creating space for something equally important: honest conversations about men’s mental health.

As we walk, we’ll talk about the things men don’t always talk about.

– Who are you when the uniform comes off?

– What happens when the career ends?

– How do you deal with pressure when people expect you to be strong?

– And what does it really mean to ask for help?

We’ll record those conversations along the way, capturing the highs, lows, blisters, laughter, doubt and moments of reflection — with the ambition of turning the journey into a short documentary.

Why does it matter?

Because too many men struggle in silence.

We believe that adventure creates a space where conversations happen differently. Walking side by side, away from everyday distractions, gives people time to think, listen and speak honestly.

This isn’t four blokes pretending they’ve got all the answers.

It’s four blokes walking towards the conversation — and inviting others to walk with us.

150km. Six days. One shared purpose: to keep the conversation moving.

Adventure Mind — Walk. Talk. Listen. Live.
