You don’t build confidence by being told to be more confident.

You build it by doing complex things, relearning some lost skills, discovering you can handle them, and learning to trust your own judgement.

This Field Day gives you the opportunity to practise exactly that.

This is for those who find themselves being an outside observer of society and realise it is becoming more uncertain and ‘off’.
