🌌 STOIC PILGRIM FIELD DAY ☯

As we head into Autumn, I have some time to organise and run a one-day Stoic Pilgrim Field Day — a practical day of challenge, adventure and reflection.

A mix of:

🌲 Self-awareness — understanding how you respond under pressure

🔥 Philosophical adventure — using real experiences to explore how we think, decide and act

🧭 Mastery of Two Worlds — learning to move between the modern world and the natural world

🥾 Wilderness skills, mindful activity, foraging, fire, simple self-protection and plenty of dialogue.

The idea is simple:

Challenge → Experience → Reflection → Virtue → Integration

Not a bushcraft course. Not a classroom philosophy session.

A day to test yourself, think differently and perhaps see the world — and yourself — a little differently.
