I made a prediction around a decade ago that the future of work would be geared around smaller teams with technology, producing more value than larger industrial aged hierarchical businesses.

Now we have #AI

I repeated that prediction when writing my book – ‘From Mercenaries to Missionaries’ where I also made the point that we need to shift from being mercenary entrepreneurs to inspirational leaders on a mission to make the world a better place. . 🌍

It seems Margaret Mead – American cultural anthropologist and author – agreed with this when she wrote-

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
