Trained ourselves to think in steps, stages, metrics and loops.
Efficient. Useful. Incomplete.

What’s breaking isn’t intelligence — it’s awareness.

• Linear models applied to living systems
• Speed optimised, wisdom lost
• Control mistaken for understanding

At the February Design Thinking Meeting, we’ll step back and look at decision-making as a human act — shaped by perception, emotion, fear and attention.

I’ll share CRAP Filters and EDUCE — not frameworks to follow, but ways to see more clearly before acting.

Because if decision-making doesn’t evolve,
we’ll keep #OODA-looping our way to oblivion —
