In our pursuit of helping leaders and teams achieve Flow State Performance, we have discovered the profound effects of ‘Chasing the DAGGOS,‘ a term we developed which encompasses the main flow-neurotransmitters of Dopamine, Anadammine, Glutamate, GABBA, Oxytocin, and Serotonin.
Chasing the DAGGOS – Understanding the Neurotransmitters
Dopamine, Anadammine, Glutamate, GABBA, Oxytocin, and Serotonin – these neurotransmitters play a vital role in our brain’s reward and pleasure centers, mood regulation, memory, deep focus, fast learning, and increased motivation. Pursuing activities that trigger the release of these chemicals can lead to improved cognitive abilities, emotional well-being, resilience and overall performance.
Our Experiential Hybrid ABLE Walkshops
To enable leaders and teams to experience the power of Flow State Performance, we have developed the ABLE (Adventure Based Learning Experiences) such as variously themed walkshops and ‘Secret-Agent’ training and mission days.
These walkshops and experiences combine elements of adventure and challenge exercises that trigger the release of the aforementioned neurotransmitters. Participants engage in exciting and purpose-driven activities that create a sense of accomplishment, cohesion, and empowerment.
Experiencing the ‘Super-Team’ Situation
During our ABLE walkshops, participants get a taste of what it feels like to be part of a “Super-Team” situation and to be a leader of a Super-Team. Whenever organisations or countries need to get big goals accomplished, they develop ‘Special project teams’ or ‘Special Forces’. We think they are unusual, but actually, this is just how we’ve evolved naturally as ‘Hunter-Gatherer’ communities.
The opposite of ‘Command and Control’ leadership – which should only be used sparingly- is ‘Creative Collaboration’ leadership, because it is our collaborative advantage that enabled us to rise to the top of the evolutionary tree. It requires more of a facilitative and eco-coaching approach to leadership.

On our ABLE events we explore and experience the concept of hive mind developed in 1989 by Jing Wang, where a group collaboratively works as a single unit, collective intelligence is unleashed and egalitarian leadership, where all voices are valued and heard, are fostered. Purpose-focused activities help individuals align their goals and intentions, ensuring a shared vision and collective success.
