Wilderness, Wisdom & Wellbeing for Men
25th–26th November | Gradbach Mill, near Buxton
Walk. Talk. Discover.
Long before classrooms had walls, Aristotle taught in the shade of trees and colonnades, walking and talking with those who sought wisdom. His followers became known as the Peripatetics — “those who walk about” — learning not through lectures, but through movement, dialogue, and shared discovery.
This November, we’ll gather in that same ancient spirit — men who value reflection, conversation, and the quiet strength of nature.
Over two days at Gradbach Mill, we’ll walk the moors, share fireside dialogue, and explore what it means to live well in uncertain times. This is not a retreat from life, but a return to it — a space to breathe, reset, and reconnect with purpose, nature, and each other.
Join us as part of The Fellowship — a circle of philosophically-minded men exploring balance, resilience, and clarity through walking, talking, and being in the wild.
