Walking is nature’s reset button. It clears the mind, calms the nerves, and pulls you away from distractions.
Seneca knew it—he spoke of the mind needing wandering walks. He was right.
Step outside. Move. Stroll to the postbox. Take a lap around the block. Head for the hills.
Notice how ideas appear from nowhere, how tension eases, how the impossible feels a little less overwhelming.
A single walk won’t fix everything. But it will make things a little better, for a little while. And when it wears off?
