🏔️ Wild Coaching: The Art of Talking Sense While Freezing Sensibly 🌧️

What did one Stoic Pilgrim say to the other Stoic Pilgrim?
“If it’s not raining, we’re not training!”

So there we were, up on Kinder Plateau, embracing the Stoic practice of voluntary challenge—which is a fancy way of saying: we went out in the cold and called it coaching.

John Shinnick and I set off into the wild, sharing ideas, testing perspectives, and proving that great conversations don’t need PowerPoint, just a decent pair of boots and a willingness to get a bit lost (philosophically and geographically).

That’s the beauty of Wild Coaching—both parties learn. Coaching isn’t about one person dishing out wisdom while the other nods along; it’s a proper exchange.

A dynamic, windswept, slightly damp exchange—but an exchange nonetheless!

If you fancy learning how to coach in the wild—where nature sharpens thinking and movement fuels insight—get in touch.

It’s not just about surviving the elements; it’s about thriving in them.

(P.S. Also, all great coaching sessions should end with pies!)
